Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, brick-pattern concrete foundation walls, beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all eight models feature four bedrooms; 2½ or 3½ baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail molding; recessed lighting; a gas fireplace; 42-inch raised-panel oak cabinets, granite counters and stainless steel appliances in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in the baths; a high-tech wiring system; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; a security system; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,451 to 3,859 finished square feet, with base prices from $389,990 to $493,990. Homeowner association fees are $45 per month.

The Somerset model, with 3,421 square feet, is priced from $454,990. This home features a foyer entrance with columns framing the doorway to the living room. The formal dining room also has columns.

The main level has a study with two walls of windows and an adjacent powder room and mudroom. The two-story family room includes a dramatic wall of windows and a fireplace, while the adjacent breakfast room is wrapped in windows and opens to the kitchen. This level also has a walk-in pantry.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room with a cathedral ceiling, a tray ceiling in the bedroom, two walk-in closets, and a luxury bath with a soaking tub and separate shower.
