Jeb Burton signs deal with Turner Motorsports

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) - Turner Motorsports has signed Jeb Burton to drive a full Truck Series schedule next season and a limited Nationwide Series schedule.

Burton is the 20-year-old son of former Daytona 500 winner Ward Burton and the nephew of current Sprint Cup Series driver Jeff Burton.

He signed a two-year deal with Turner Motorsports. His father, Ward, will help with driver development at Turner.

Turner Motorsports celebrated its first championship Monday night with Truck Series driver James Buescher, who is expected to move up to the Nationwide Series full-time next season.
