In 2012, Boston Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev made a trip to Russia. Then, Russia sent the United States an alert about him. Anything going on between the United States and Russia would have at least generated a memo to the State Department. Certainly, a note containing the word “terror” and coming from Russia should have passed through the hands of the secretary of state. What did Hillary Rodham Clinton know about this, in that case? What did she do? And why has no one asked her?
