A gunman walked into a hospital building in Reno, Nev. and opened fire Tuesday afternoon, injuring four people before turning the gun on himself.

Reno police say the shooting began around 2:45 p.m. at the Center for Advanced Medicine at Renown Regional Medical Center, the Associated Press reported.

Reno police Lt. Tom Robinson said at least one of the shooting victims is in surgery.

No additional information was made immediately available.
