Reagan, Obama, JFK delivered high-profile speeches from Berlin — who said it best?

Ronald Reagan, John F. Kennedy and now President Obama commanded the national stage from Berlin to put their stamp on global relations.

Mr. Kennedy coined the "Ich bin ein Berliner" line (I am a Berliner), which was recounted by Mr. Obama Wednesday.

Mr. Reagan delivered one for the history books, challenging Mikhail Gorbachev to "tear down this wall."

So who said it best? You decide.
