Angie Gonzalez decries the possibility that her family may be broken up if her husband is deported (“Inside the Beltway,” May 9). Mrs. Gonzalez speaks as though she has no choice, but she does. She can keep her family together by returning with all her family members to her home country. They could then set a wonderful example for the children about determination, persistence and honesty in pursuing a goal by returning to the United States legally so that the entire family may enjoy, without fear of deportation, all America has to offer.
