Chris Brown ordered to serve 90 days in anger management rehab

A Los Angeles judge has ordered Chris Brown to spend 90 days in an anger management rehab, following a brief stint in rehab that came after his arrest last month in Washington, D.C.

The performer’s previously scheduled hearing stems from the February 2009 assault on singer Rihanna, Mr. Brown’s former girlfriend, KTLA reported.

The Grammy award winner was ordered to 90 days at a treatment program that must be approved by the Probation Department.

He must also submit to drug testing at the rehab facility and take any prescriptions recommended by health professionals, TMZ reported.

The judge also wants a report on Mr. Brown’s misdemeanor assault charge in D.C. If the rapper is found guilty in that case, he could be found to be in violation of his probation and face up to four years in prison, KTLA reported.
