A South Texas school bus driver was back on the job Monday morning after being caught on video bullying a little girl for crying and encouraging others to join in.

Video taken in March and obtained by a local ABC affiliate shows the Floresville Elementary School bus driver, known to students as “Miss Pat,” calling the young girl a “crybaby.”

The driver then encourages other students on the bus to join in chanting, “Cry, cry, cry!” while the girl can still be heard crying.

“‘I want my mama!’” Miss Pat mocks.

Superintendent Sherri Bays told the news station that the driver was properly disciplined, though she wouldn’t specify how.

“I was very concerned with that and it’s definitely not appropriate,” she said. “I think she’s acting very childish and immature.”

Miss Pat was back to her usual route on Monday.

“I expect that person to learn from that mistake and we will continue to monitor that,” the superintendent said.

The full name of the bus driver hasn’t been released. School officials didn’t immediately say why the student was crying in the March incident, the Associated Press reported.
