WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. (AP) - A Connecticut man has pleaded guilty in Westchester County to seven bank robberies over a 10-month period in four states.

Andrew Rendflash of Oxford entered the plea in federal court in White Plains on Tuesday. He admitted carrying out the robberies at seven banks and one convenience store from April 2013 through January.

Authorities said Rendflash used force and intimidation to take money from banks in the Connecticut towns of Ridgefield and Southbury; the New York village of Brewster and town of Somers; Coventry, Rhode Island and Holyoke, Massachusetts. They say the 36-year-old also robbed a convenience store in Waterbury, Connecticut. The amount of money taken was not specified.

Rendflash faces up to 160 years in prison at sentencing on Nov. 14.
