OMAHA, Neb. (AP) - One person is dead and two others injured in an overnight shooting in northeast Omaha.

The Omaha World-Herald reports (http://bit.ly/1m5xypk ) that four people were in the car around 2:20 a.m. Saturday when someone outside the car began shooting at it. The car then crashed into a concrete street barrier.

Police say 21-year-old LaDontae Daugherty died upon arrival at the hospital. Another victim, 22-year-old Nelson Daugherty, was in critical condition Saturday, but is expected to survive. A third victim, 20-year-old Kieresha Mudd, suffered minor injuries.

A fourth person in the car was not shot.

Police are investigating, but had made no arrests by Saturday afternoon.
