TULSA, Okla. (AP) - Tulsa Shock guard Odyssey Sims has been named to the WNBA All-Rookie Team and she finished second in voting for the league’s Rookie of the Year.

Sims, Connecticut’s Chiney Ogwumike and San Antonio’s Kayla McBride each received 11 of 12 first place votes in voting by the league’s head coaches. The coaches are not allowed to vote for their own players.

Washington’s Bria Hartley and Alyssa Thomas of Connecticut are the other two members of the All-Rookie team.

Ogwumike was voted Rookie of the Year after receiving 23 points in voting by 38 sportswriters and broadcasters. Sims finished second with 12 votes.
