ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - Evan Singletary made 4 of 6 from long range to total 21 points as Albany dominated the second half to knock off Fairfield 77-66 on Monday night.

Peter Hooley contributed 19 points and Sam Rowley added 14 and 8 rebounds for Albany (5-6).

The Great Danes led throughout, but held a slim 34-29 halftime advantage. Albany started the second half with a 17-7 run and went on to a 59-44 lead midway of the final period. Fairfield made a late run but never got closer than the final score.

Albany shot 28 of 53 from the floor (52.8 percent) while holding the Stags to 23-of-51 shooting (45.1 percent).

Kevin Degnan hit 3 of 6 from beyond the arc to total 13 points and Marcus Gilbert chipped in 11 for Fairfield (4-7).
