BETHEL, Alaska (AP) - A state investigative report says the cause of an October fire that destroyed a new alcohol treatment center in Bethel is undetermined.

KYUK (https://is.gd/pS73DT) says the Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corp., which owns the building, is offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the individual or individuals involved in the Oct. 27 blaze.

The $12.5 million center was under construction and 90 percent framed.

Investigators say in the report that they could not determine the ignition source of the fire, which started in the southwest corner of the building near a locked utility locker.

Investigators have ruled out mechanical or electrical causes. Arson has not been explicitly ruled out.
