UNCASVILLE, Conn. (AP) - Connecticut women’s basketball coach Geno Auriemma is hosting another conference on leadership.

The forum will be held October 22-23 at the Mohegan Sun Convention Center.

The idea is to bring in top leaders from the business community to share their secrets on how to be effective leaders.

The first conference, held last April, included Wal-Mart chief executive and UConn graduate Bill Simon, ESPN president John Skipper and others.

Dr. Lucy Gilson, associate professor of management at the UConn School of Business and the conference’s academic director, says this year’s conference will focus on leading for innovation and change.

Proceeds from the conference benefit the UConn School of Business.
