A man opened fire outside a Manassas sports bar early Monday, wounding two men and two women.

The four victims were taken to a local hospital with injuries that were not considered life-threatening. Three of the victims were treated and released, and one woman remains in the hospital.

Prince William County police said the incident occurred at the 90 Degrees Bar and Restaurant after security personnel kicked out Jeremiah Eugene Pullen, 24, at about 2 a.m. Police say Mr. Pullen got in his car, drove by the front of the bar, which is also known as 90 Grados Restaurant, and opened fire, striking the four victims.

Mr. Pullen was arrested after officers broadcast a description of his vehicle and he was pulled over. He was charged with four counts of malicious wounding, four counts of use of firearm in commission of a felony, one count of shooting into an occupied dwelling, and one count of shooting from a moving vehicle.

He was being held without bond on Monday.
