Until the cops moved in on a Pittsburgh McDonald's, customers who wanted some heroin with their Happy Meal order were able to get it.

On Wednesday, the city’s District Attorney Narcotics Enforcement team swooped in during a sting operation in East Liberty, putting an end to the drug operation.

“I’d like to order a toy,” was the phrase that tipped off a McDonald’s employee to include a bag of heroin with the customer’s order, a local station reported. Restaurant worker Shania Dennis was arrested during the operation.

Police confirmed that 10-stamp bags of heroin were recovered inside of the McDonald's box. The suspect was arrested with 50 other bags in her possession.

Authorities do not currently know how long the narcotics sales went on prior to Wednesday’s bust, according to the station.
