ARDEN, Del. (AP) - State police say a driver fled a crash and then collided head-on with another vehicle, killing him and the other driver.

The crash happened around 2:30 p.m. Saturday in the community of Arden. Police say a 53-year-old man from Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania, had damaged a car that was stopped at a red light. Police say the man argued with the other driver, who wasn’t injured, before driving away.

Shortly thereafter, police say the man crossed the center line of Marsh Road, and his car collided head-on with another car. The driver of that vehicle, a 68-year-old Wilmington man, was killed, along with the Pennsylvania man. Police say neither man was wearing a seatbelt.

Police say toxicology reports are pending on the Pennsylvania man.
