LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Former Arkansas Game and Fish Commission Director Hugh Durham IV has died at age 51.

Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home in Ruston, Louisiana, says Durham died June 6 in Ruston. A cause of death was not released.

Durham left International Paper in 2000 to serve as director of the commission. He left the commission in 2003 to become co-owner of a company that provides fire-suppression and fire-management services to the forest products industry.

He’s survived by his wife, two sons, two daughters, two grandchildren and a sister.
