COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) - The South Carolina Philharmonic is presenting an evening of patriotic music in honor of the U.S. Army Special Forces.

Wednesday evening’s concert is at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center and is sponsored by the Celebrate Freedom Foundation.

The event comes as veterans of the U.S. Army Special Forces are holding a convention in the city.

Music will include tunes such as “The Ballad of the Green Berets,” the “Army Forces Salute,” and “God Bless America,” along with music from patriotic movies such as “Saving Private Ryan.”

Tickets are $12 and available through SCPhilharmonic.com
