JUNEAU, Alaska (AP) - The Select Committee on Legislative Ethics has a new administrator.

Reginald Drummond has been hired to succeed Joyce Anderson, who is retiring. According to a news release announcing the hiring, Drummond is an assistant inspector general with the U.S. Army and is retiring from the military.

He will begin his new job June 30 and work with Anderson for several weeks during the transition.

Anderson is set to retire July 11, after 13 years in the post.
