ZIMMERMAN'S PARENTS SUE BARR OVER TWITTER POST

George Zimmerman's parents are suing actress Roseanne Barr in Florida, claiming a Twitter post she made listing their address and telephone number forced them to flee their home. Robert and Gladys Zimmerman filed the lawsuit on Monday. It seeks undisclosed damages for emotional distress and invasion of privacy.

UNIVERSITY OF MAINE FOOTBALL PLAYER ARRESTED

University of Maine running back Zedric Joseph has been arrested in connection with a fatal stabbing in Florida. Officials say Joseph was being held in Richmond County, Ga., on a Palm Beach County warrant. Deputies responded to a stabbing Friday in West Palm Beach. Deputies say two victims were taken to a nearby hospital, where one died.

WOMAN, 3 KIDS FOUND IN OCALA

Authorities say they've found a woman and three children who went missing after going trail riding in the Ocala National Forest. The Marion County Sheriff's Office says 26-year-old Tabitha Renee Elliott took her children - ages 2 and 11 months - and a friend's toddler into the forest on Tuesday afternoon. The missing group was located shortly after 1 p.m. Wednesday in the Juniper Springs Wilderness Area.

BILL TO ARM SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS PASSES

A state house committee has approved a bill that would permit selected school officials to carry firearms on campus in case of emergencies.

NORTH FLORIDA MAYOR RESIGNS

The mayor of tiny Hampton has resigned from office. Barry Layne Moore was arrested in November just weeks after he was elected mayor of the city of 500. He is accused of selling oxycodone.
