BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (AP) - Erin Boley scored 17 points as Elizabethtown defeated Anderson County 58-37 on Friday in the quarterfinals of the KHSAA Girls’ Sweet 16.

The No. 2 Lady Bearcats (28-5) were held to 22.6 percent shooting as Elizabethtown reaches the semifinals to face Clark County Saturday in Diddle Arena.

Third-ranked Anderson County’s 37 points was the lowest point total on the year in the loss for the Lady Bearcats, which broke a 12-game win streak dating back to Feb. 1.

Boley had 14 rebounds and Reauna Cleaver posted 10 points, 12 rebounds and five blocks for the Region 5 champion Panthers.

Eriel Mckee had 13 points, six rebounds and four steals for Anderson County (28-5). Destiny Stewart had nine points and Makenzie Cann posted eight points and seven rebounds for the Region 8 champions.
