HOT SPRINGS, Ark. (AP) - Robert Glasper scored 18 points, including six straight late in the fourth quarter, as Forrest City earned the school’s first state championship with a 69-60 win over defending champion Jacksonville in the boys Class 5A title game.

The Mustangs (24-4) trailed 35-29 at halftime, but regained the lead in the third quarter and led by as many as 11 late in the game before holding on for the win.

Glasper was 6-of-13 shooting and hit three 3-pointers, while Trey Thompson - named the tournament’s Most Outstanding Player - finished with 10 points and nine rebounds. Dwain Whitfield added 13 points, and Jayshun Jordan also finished in double figures with 12.

Devin Campbell led the Red Devils (26-5) with 15 points, while Kanaan Jackson had 12 and Tyree Abbleby 10.
