FARGO, N.D. (AP) - Shiloh Christian’s Gabby Wilkinson had 17 points and seven rebounds to lead the Skyhawks to a 52-43 semifinal win over Beach and into the North Dakota Class B girls basketball championship for the first time in school history.
Wilkinson shot 7-for-15 from the field, including a 3-pointer to beat the buzzer at half to put the Skyhawks (24-3) up 27-21.
Shiloh got team-high eight rebounds from Jaye Two Bears, who added 15 points. Krista Ulmer was quiet in the first, but picked up seven second-half points to add nine.
After trailing most of the game, Taylor Abraham’s layup for the Buccaneers (23-3) tied the game 40-40 with 4:52 left to play. She finished with nine points. Hailee Farstveet add a team-high 11 points. Both had five rebounds.
