PHOENIX (AP) - Police in Phoenix say a woman thought to have been killed in a collision at a central Phoenix intersection is listed in extremely critical condition.

Police Sgt. Steve Martos says responders believed the 80-year-old woman had died of her injures from the Thursday afternoon accident but Martos says she was revived at a hospital.

Her name wasn’t released.

The scene at 16th Street and Highland Avenue was closed through the afternoon rush hour.
