CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) - Bail has been set at $1 million for a southern New Jersey man accused of killing a man who was found in a backyard shed with stab wounds in his back.

Daniel Jurczyk was arraigned Friday on a first-degree murder charge. The 21-year-old Mount Holly resident is charged in the death of 50-year-old James Conley.

Conley was found injured but awake and alert last December in a storage shed in Cherry Hill. He told officers that he had accidentally fallen, but an ambulance crew found he had stab sounds in his back.

When Conley died in June, his death was ruled a homicide.

Authorities say Jurczyk admitted to the stabbing during a recent police interview, but they have not disclosed a possible motive for the attack.
