BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - American and North Dakota flags are flying at half-staff on Sunday in observance of National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Day.

Gov. Jack Dalrymple directed all state agencies and offices to fly the flags at half-staff to honor fire and emergency services personnel and remembers those who lost their lives in the line of duty.
