CLOQUET, Minn. (AP) - A second suspect has been arrested in the weekend stabbing death on the Fond du Lac Indian Reservation west of Duluth.

The 31-year-old husband of the woman who was fatally stabbed Sunday in Stoney Brook Township was arrested Monday. Authorities said Wednesday a 21-year-old woman from the same township is also in custody.

St. Louis County sheriff’s officials haven’t said what role the two may have had in the woman’s death. Sheriff’s Lt. Jason Lukovsky tells the Star Tribune (http://bit.ly/1yYp8tS ) the 31-year-old woman suffered multiple stab wounds with a knife and that they have recovered the weapon.

Lukovsky says a suspicious fire was spotted down the street while deputies were investigating the death Sunday. He says clothes were found on fire in an oven and it could be related to the slaying.
