CLEVELAND, Tenn. (AP) - A man wanted on charges of killing to people in a bar in Philadelphia two years ago has been caught after a traffic stop in southern Tennessee.

Bradley County Sheriff’s Capt. Steve Lawson told WRCB-TV in Chattanooga (http://bit.ly/1D2dmwp ) deputies aren’t sure how long 35-year-old Tyheem Melton has been in the Cleveland, Tennessee area. A deputy arrested Melton Tuesday night when he stopped a rental car for speeding.

Lawson says Melton kept giving detectives names that were not on file. He was arrested after giving a fourth incorrect identity.

Lawson says detectives tracked down his real identity and found the warrant for his arrest in Pennsylvania.

Melton is scheduled to go before a Bradley County Judge on Oct. 28.
