NORFOLK, Va. (AP) - A U.S. marshal says a man wanted in a fatal shooting of a Virginia Beach nightclub employee has been apprehended in Georgia.

U.S. Marshal Robert W. Mathieson says Andrew Wesley Roberts of Chesapeake was caught Friday at a residence in Stone Mountain, Georgia. Mathieson says Roberts is being held pending an extradition hearing.

Virginia Beach police said 53-year-old nightclub security guard Tyrone Martin was shot May 21 during an argument. He later died at a hospital.
