CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - Members of the Manchester Police Department are receiving the Congressional Law Enforcement Award in recognition of their efforts to help pass a bill that deals with crisis intervention and management.

The award is being presented at 6 p.m. Friday at the New Hampshire Police Standards and Training facility in Concord.

The bill, which was signed into law last year, establishes that information divulged during critical incident stress management and crisis intervention services involving officers is confidential, with some exceptions.
