HEMET, Calif. (AP) - Crews are using water-dropping aircraft in the fight against a wildfire that has charred about two acres of brush in rural Riverside County.

A dispatcher with the San Bernardino National Forest says the blaze was reported Tuesday morning in the foothills of the San Jacinto Mountains above Hemet.

No structures are immediately threatened.

Firefighters could get help from a dousing of rain that is predicted to move into Southern California through the afternoon.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
