WEST CHESTER, Pa. (AP) - A suburban Philadelphia photographer and disc jockey has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman after luring her to his home for a supposed modeling photography session.

Daniel Milowicki, 28, of West Chester and Coatesville is charged in Chester County with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, possession of child pornography, invasion of privacy and drug offenses.

Prosecutors allege Milowicki, who works as a self-employed photographer and DJ for weddings, parties and other events, assaulted a woman who answered an Internet ad about a modeling job and photo shoot. They allege he threatened to release a recording of the assault online if she didn’t “subject herself to another photo shoot with additional sex acts.”

Prosecutors say the pornography charge is related to hundreds of images they say were found in his home along with “surreptitiously recorded ‘up-skirt’ videos of young women.”

District Attorney Thomas Hogan called the defendant “a classic sexual predator (who) chose his profession … to give him easy access to his targets.”

According to court records, Milowicki was released after posting bond and has a preliminary hearing April 14. Court documents don’t list a defense attorney who could comment on the charges, and a person who answered the phone at the number listed on his website hung up.
