CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - A jury returned verdicts Friday on nine charges against Owen Labrie, a graduate of New England’s elite St. Paul’s School accused of forcing himself on a 15-year-old freshman girl when he was a senior last year. The jury verdicts on each charge and the penalty each carries:

NOT GUILTY: Aggravated felonious sex assault alleging Labrie penetrated the girl with his penis after she indicated, by her speech or conduct, that she did not consent. This is a felony punishable by 10-20 years in prison.

NOT GUILTY: Aggravated felonious sex assault alleging Labrie performed oral sex on the girl after she indicated, by her speech or conduct, that she did not consent. This is a felony punishable by 10-20 years in prison.

NOT GUILTY: Aggravated felonious sex assault alleging Labrie penetrated the girl with his penis, by the element of surprise before she had an adequate chance to flee and/or resist. This is a felony punishable by 10-20 years in prison.

GUILTY: Use of a computer to seduce, solicit, lure or entice a child under the age of 16 to commit a sex assault or related offenses, alleging Labrie used St. Paul’s School email and/or Facebook to arrange the meeting. This is a felony punishable by 3-1/2 to 7 years in prison. Prosecutors say the conviction on this charge results in Labrie having to register as a sex offender for life.

GUILTY: Endangering the welfare of a child under the age of 16 by knowingly inducing the child to engage in sexual contact that endangered her health or safety. This is a Class A misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail.

GUILTY: Sexual assault, alleging Labrie penetrated the girl with his penis, knowing that she was under the age of 16 and the age difference between them is less than four years. This is a Class A misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail.

GUILTY: Sex assault, alleging Labrie performed oral sex on the girl, knowing she was under the age of 16 and the age difference between them is less than four years. This is a Class A misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail.

GUILTY: Sex assault, alleging Labrie penetrated the girl with his finger, knowing she was under the age of 16 and the age difference between them is less than four years. This is a Class A misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail.

NOT GUILTY: Simple assault, alleging Labrie caused unprivileged physical contact with the girl by biting her chest. This is a Class A misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail.
