SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) - The Spokane County Medical Examiner’s Office has determined the woman found dead in a North Spokane home died from multiple gunshot wounds to the head.

The medical examiner’s office identified the woman Wednesday as 48-year-old Jennifer A. Miller Kingstro. The office said 45-year-old Paul Kingstro died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

Police found the man and woman dead inside the home Tuesday afternoon after a co-worker requested a welfare check when the woman didn’t show up for work.

KHQ-TV reports (http://goo.gl/AFbwmb ) the couple had married in October.
