LITTLETON, N.H. (AP) - New Hampshire tourism officials have re-opened three welcome and information centers in Colebrook, Littleton, and Lebanon for the winter season.

The centers will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, through March 21.

Tourism officials said Thursday more than 7.5 million people are expected to visit the state this winter season, up 5 percent increase from last year. Spending is expected to be 7 percent higher than last year, reaching more than $1 billion in three months.

WMUR-TV reports (http://bit.ly/1RUNdud) officials also talked about their winter marketing campaign, “Make Tracks,” which is intended to encourage people to visit the state. Officials are encouraging people to enjoy the winter season on their own terms and explore in different ways.
