GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) - Glendale police are looking for a man and woman who stole a couple’s car at gunpoint and then crashed the vehicle into a trash container before running away.

Police say the incident occurred Friday morning at an apartment complex.

According to police, gunshots were fired from the stolen vehicle but it’s not known if the shots were fired at the victims. They weren’t injured.

Police searched the area but didn’t immediately make any arrests.

The man is described as Hispanic, between 20 and 30 years old, with dark brown hair and facial hair. He was wearing a dark blue or green jacket. The woman also was Hispanic and between 20 and 30 years old. She has dark brown hair, a thin build and was wearing jeans and a gray jacket.
