GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) - Cold temperatures moved into North Dakota overnight, with Cavalier dipping to -11.

The National Weather Service in Grand Forks says that Langdon, Munich and Ross dropped to -9, and the airport five miles west of Grand Forks recorded a temperature of -7.

The Weather Service is calling for a warmer weekend with some light snow in the far north part of the state Saturday into Saturday night.
