ST. ALBANS, Vt. (AP) - Farmers will be getting into the holiday spirit with a tractor parade through downtown St. Albans.

More than 20 tractors decorated with lights and ornaments will take part in the second annual parade on Friday.

The event from 4 to 7 p.m. includes family friendly activities such as meeting Santa, face painting, a photo booth and free hot chocolate. The parade starts at 5:30 p.m.

A food shelf will also be collecting nonperishable food.

The event is sponsored by the St. Albans Co-op and the dairy farmers of Franklin County.
