HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (AP) - Police are searching for suspects they say used a hammer to smash display cases and rob a jewelry store in Huntington.

Huntington Police tell news media outlets that the robbery happened in the 900 block of 3rd Avenue on Friday.

Police say the suspects smashed the glass, grabbed the jewelry and fled in a black sedan. Authorities say they believe that two men and a woman were involved in the robbery.

Police have not identified the suspects.
