PHOENIX (AP) - Arizona Democratic Congresswoman Kyrsten Sinema has formed a new political fundraising committee.

The Arizona Republic (http://goo.gl/Y0tyA4 ) reports that Sinema’s Getting Stuff Done PAC could help her in possible runs for the Senate seats now held by Republicans John McCain and Jeff Flake.

Sinema spokeswoman Michelle Davidson said Sinema plans to use the committee to support Democrats around the nation.

Sinema is regarded as a prolific fundraiser. She was elected to Arizona’s newly created 9th Congressional District in 2012, and she easily won re-election in 2014.

McCain has said he probably will run in 2016 for a sixth Senate term. Flake will be up for re-election in 2018.
