BROOKLYN CENTER, Minn. (AP) - Police have made an arrest in a fatal attack at a motel in a Twin Cities suburb.

Brooklyn Center police say a 52-year-old Minneapolis man has been booked into the Hennepin County Jail. He’s suspected of killing a man at the Super 8 motel near Interstate 694 over the weekend.

Police Cmdr. Tony Grueing tells the Star Tribune (http://strib.mn/18JUWbF ) officers were called to the motel and found the man unconscious. Efforts to revive him failed and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities haven’t commented on a motive or released the victim’s identity.
