NEW YORK (AP) - Metro-North Railroad has set up a family assistance center for those affected by the fatal crash between a commuter train and a SUV.

The center is located at the Mount Pleasant Town Hall in Valhalla.

The agency also has established a hotline for information about Tuesday’s deadly crash at 1-800-638-7646.

A crowded Metro-North commuter train slammed into the SUV on the tracks in Valhalla.

The SUV driver and six train passengers were killed. Nearly a dozen others were seriously injured.
