DOVER, Del. (AP) - The Delaware State Police are searching for two men who they say cashed $4,000 worth of phony checks in the Dover area in November.

State police say the two men, 44-year-old Roger T. Boyce and 57-year-old Barry Simmons, cashed counterfeit checks at two banks on Nov. 18. Police say the men have been charged with forgery, theft and conspiracy.

Police say Boyce is six feet tall, has brown hair and brown eyes. Police say Simmons is under six feet and has black hair and brown eyes.
