WATERBURY, Vt. (AP) - Gov. Peter Shumlin says the rebuilding of the Waterbury state office complex that was inundated Tropical Storm Irene flooding is on schedule and on budget.

Shumlin said Tuesday that the project is about 80 percent complete. The roughly 1,200 state workers will start moving into the complex in late December. The last set is expected to return in February of 2016.

The project is expected to cost $130 million.
