ALEXANDRIA, Va. (AP) - The city of Alexandria is getting ready for its annual outdoor film festival.

The 13th annual festival is scheduled for Friday and Saturday at Waterfront Park. On Friday, the city is showing “How to Train Your Dragon 2” and on Saturday the feature film is “X-Men: Days of Future Past.” Admission is free, and the films begin at dusk, around 8:30 p.m.

Popcorn, lemonade and other food will be for sale, and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Washington. Guests can bring their own food as well as blankets or low beach chairs to sit on.
