MINOT, N.D. (AP) - Prosecutors have filed another charge against the superintendent and high school principal in Sawyer accused of felony sex crimes involving a 15-year-old boy.

Fifty-year-old Charles Soper now also faces a felony child pornography charge, after authorities say they examined electronic devices including computers that were seized from his home and work.

The charge carries a maximum punishment of five years in prison.

Soper has maintained his innocence in the case. He pleaded not guilty earlier to luring, corruption and drug paraphernalia charges, and to a more serious count of human trafficking. That charge carries a maximum penalty of life in prison without parole.

Soper has been placed on administrative leave at the school and remains in jail.
