ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) - Seismologists say a light earthquake was felt in communities in southeast Alaska.

The Alaska Earthquake Center reports the 2.8 magnitude quake occurred at 12:39 a.m. Monday about 10 miles east of Skagway.

The earthquake was felt in Skagway and Juneau.

There are no immediate reports of damage.
