NEW YORK (AP) - Authorities say a Brooklyn man took a machete to another man’s car while driving in the Holland Tunnel from New York City to New Jersey.

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey says the two men got into an argument while entering the tunnel late Wednesday night.

Officials say one of the men leaned out of his window with a machete and hit the other man’s vehicle, damaging it, and continued on.

The other man noted the car’s license plate and called authorities.

Port Authority police tracked the driver down and arrested him on charges including unlawful possession of a weapon and criminal mischief.
