GREENFIELD, N.H. (AP) - A teenager reported missing from New Hampshire’s Crotched Mountain School has been found safe.

Authorities got a call from the 15-year-old boy just after midnight Saturday, about 16 hours after he was last seen near the school, which serves children with autism, emotional disorders, developmental disabilities and physical disabilities.

New Hampshire Fish and Game officials say the boy had found his way to a business in Bennington about seven miles away and used a phone there to call 911. He told authorities he was cold, tired and lost, but otherwise uninjured.

Crews from several police departments, New England K-9 Search and Rescue and the Upper Valley Wilderness Response Team also were involved in the search.
